DMOZ is Back Ending the Search

I was just getting ready to chase the monsters off to bed, but checked my email first. I had anonymous comment to be moderated....and this is what it says....

Gone Mad? Where is DMOZ": Please see http://blog.dmoz.org/2007/09/26/the-search-for-dmoz/ for an explanation of what happened and how it was rectified. Thanks.

I checked 2 or 3 times today, but saw nothing...So now I see a post from 9PM this evening explaining just how DMOZ "went missing". According to the post on DMOZ's shiny new blog, entitled "The Search For DMOZ" they were changing the canonical url from dmoz.org to http://www.dmoz.org/ and apparently it just took some time to work itself out. They noted that Google was in touch and that everything was smooth sailing now.
