First off, thank you very much for drawing attention to this problem and publishing this guide. I appreciate you working on this and I love seeing other sites take up this cause, especially SEO ones.
However, I would like to add one point. That you can also send DMCA notices against the Web host of the plagiarist if needed. In cases of automated scraping, this actually seem to work better as the plagiarist is almost always unable to be contacted or unresponsive.
I just wanted to drop off that tip. It works with any host that is in the U.S. or in a country with similar laws (which include most Western nations).
